Rainbow Chatman
Rainbow is a 2Spirit founder and CEO of Raiver Media and an advisor for Lylac Health and TheyFriend Nonbinary Festival. They are deeply committed to amplifying the voices of women of color and LGBT+ folks in tech and media, building spaces online and IRL that center underrepresented communities.
Previously, Rainbow served as Social Media Manager for Girls in Tech, a nonprofit empowering women in tech and entrepreneurship, and EffYourBeautyStandards, a global movement where they helped grow the viral hashtag #effyourbeautystandards to over 1 million uses, creating an online community that reshaped conversations about body positivity and inclusion.
As a content creator and makeup artist, Rainbow has been featured in campaigns with Ulta Beauty, Juvia’s Place, and Teen Vogue. Their artistry includes work with New York Fashion Week, H&M, Vogue, NYX Cosmetics, EASTEAM, and more.

Hello there! I'm Amber Lauren Jewe’ll, a versatile professional hailing from the vibrant city of the San Francisco Bay Area. With a strong foundation in design from Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles, CA, and further honing my skills at ESDIP in Berlin, Germany, I've cultivated a unique perspective on design that sets me apart.
As a content creator, graphic designer, and social media marketer, I thrive on bringing ideas to life with an impeccable eye for design. My approach is marked by a fusion of creativity and innovation, allowing me to craft visually compelling narratives that resonate with audiences.
Over the course of my career, I've had the privilege of collaborating with some of the most esteemed names in the industry, including Airbnb, HotelTonight, Google, La Prairie, Dior, Chanel, SK-II, Acqua di Parma, and more. I've had the pleasure of weaving captivating stories around their brands and products, elevating their presence in the market.
With a keen understanding of the nuances of design and a penchant for pushing creative boundaries, I'm committed to delivering excellence in every project I undertake. I'm eager to continue crafting captivating experiences and making a lasting impact in the world of design and marketing.
